Please note that shipping costs must be calculated before an order will be processed. All orders will be shipped out within 5 working days after of the date purchased. All items are shipped U.S. Mail Insured. It's always a good idea to contact us when you place an order. Most likely you'll receive a plain form purchase confirmation e-mail, but any additional information regarding shipping/availability or any unusual problems that may crop up will be forwarded along to you. And anyway, we just want to hear from you.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us before attempting to return any product. Do not attempt to return any item without a return confirmation e-mail from us. All items must be returned in the same condition and must be returned U.S. Mail insured for full value. The purchaser assumes all return shipping costs. Please note that any damage done to the product will cause a reduction in the refund amount. Refunds will be sent out within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product.
